Bilingual EHS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across active job sites.
• Afford assistance with safety compliance efforts, including documentation and recordkeeping.
• Participate in site safety inspections and hazard identification activities.
• Support safety training sessions, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Afford assistance with tracking safety incidents, corrective actions, and follow-up items.
• Maintain safety documentation, logs, and reports.
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact for safety-related communication with site teams.
• Support site safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
• Previous experience supporting safety, EHS, or compliance functions is preferred.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with field and management teams.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in construction or engineering environments.

Pay

$30-$35/hr
