Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with members through meaningful conversations
  • Identify financial needs and recommend solutions that truly help
  • Aid in accounts, loans, and services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Look for opportunities to add value and deepen member relationships

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communication
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Able to recommend products and ask for the sale
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude essential

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay

Competitive hourly pay plus monthly bonus opportunities, additional pay for bilingual Spanish/English skills, PTO starting on day one.

Schedule

This position works Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:15 PM, with some Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM. No Sundays, so you can enjoy your evenings.

Location

This is a floating position supporting Payson, Spanish Fork, Springville branches.
