The Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer communications
- Research and provide accurate solutions to customer issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Computer literacy
- Access to high-speed internet (over 15 Mbps) may be required
- Must reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Base wage starting at $18.48 per hour
