As a Customer Service Representative II, you serve as a critical link between the community and public safety. In this role you will handle non‑emergency police calls, take reports, and ensure callers receive calm, professional guidance during stressful situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
• Stay calm during high‑stress or emotional situations
• Think critically and make sound decisions quickly
• Adaptable and comfortable handling sensitive topics
• Desire a meaningful career in public safety or emergency communications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment or 2 years customer service experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Previous experience or training in a law enforcement or emergency services environment a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) required
