Hours and Schedule

Hours: 40
Schedule: Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week.
Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Incentive Plan

Pay and Incentive Plan: $19.66 per hour + 10% for Bilingual positions
In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we offer an annual performance-based incentive that rewards eligible employees for their contributions to our success.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive member experience
• Aid members with processing financial transactions
• Refer ESL products and services to members
• Learn about the banking and finance industry

Qualifications

• High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency required
• A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
• Positive attitude
• Good computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop
• Pasison to work with and help people
• Confidence to recommend products and services
• Ability to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 6-12 months of Teller experience preferred
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
• Advanced education preferred
