Bilingual Credit Union Teller- (English/Spanish)
About the role
ESL is currently seeking Bilingual Tellers to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs effectively, efficiently, and accurately while building relationships with ESL members. The position involves flexing and floating across ESL’s 33 branch locations throughout the Rochester and Finger Lakes regions (including Eastside Districts, Westside District, Brighton, Henrietta, Batavia, Fairport, Brockport, Penfield, Chili, Pittsford, Geneseo, Webster, Long Pond, Twelve Corners (Brighton), Mt. Read, Culver Ridge, Ridgeway, Hudson Ave, Bulls Head (Downtown Rochester), Irondequoit, Chestnut Street (Downtown Rochester), Merchants Walk (Downtown Rochester), Goodman Street, Cobblestone (Victor), Lake Ave) until placement is made at one branch. Successful candidates will be eligible to receive a $160.00 car allowance at the conclusion of each month.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency required
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs

- Confidence to recommend products and services

Qualifications
- 6‑12 months of Teller experience preferred
- Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
- Advanced education preferred
