The work-from-home Contact Center Representative at Tivly handles inbound and outbound calls for small business owners seeking commercial insurance quotes. This position requires a minimum of two years of customer support experience in a remote call center setting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to small business owners inquiring about commercial insurance needs
  • Follow communication scripts and use product knowledge to adapt when necessary
  • Build positive relationships by exceeding customer expectations in service, handling questions, cancellations, and confirmations
  • Maintain daily service, productivity, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Five-day work week (full-time)
  • Saturday availability may be required
  • Equipment requirements: Desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, dedicated noise-free workspace, RAM (minimum 8 GB), CPU (less than 80% usage)

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer support in a call center or similar environment
  • Minimum of 2 years working from home
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong experience with technology and proficiency with computers, including Google Workplace (formerly G Suite), Google Chrome, and CRM software
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • If bilingual in Spanish, fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is required
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Interest in repetitive tasks
