Bilingual Center Support Specialist
About the Role
ABS Kids is seeking a Bilingual Center Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Chino, CA clinical office. This role provides administrative support to the regional administration team and providers, with responsibilities subject to change as we reorganize internal functions. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Responsibilities
Reception
- Greet clients and ensure appropriate forms are completed, insurance cards uploaded, and client photos are on file.
- Make reminder calls one week prior to and the day before scheduled appointments.
- Review accounts for missing documents and obtain any required information.
- Reschedule cancellations and no-shows for assessments.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, including supplies and clinical requests, on a weekly basis.
- Complete weekly order request forms and communicate urgent needs to the office manager.
- Maintain tidiness of the lobby and all other areas of the ABA Therapy Center.
- Handle mailing of paper packets to clients.
- Answer calls and emails from clients and staff.
- Receive, log, and distribute office supplies.
- Assist providers with questions or office needs.
- Ensure daily mail distribution.
Scheduling
- Modify and adjust Behavior Technician (BT) schedules when clients cancel.
- Communicate schedule changes to supervising Behavior Analysts.
- Track and administer the cancellation policy.
- Coordinate with BTs for rescheduling when they cancel due to illness.
- Ensure BTs submit PTO in the payroll system.
- Run weekly reports to monitor BT call-outs.
- Run daily unconverted appointments audit reports.
- Adhere to federal HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 or more years of medical or administrative office experience.
- Professional and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.

Pay
$18 per hour, based on qualifications.
Schedule
Typical hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
