Bilingual Casino Host

Primary Tasks

• Execute Player Greets on the gaming floor, social events, special promotions, and concerts, including managing the event ticketing process.
• Help identify new guests on the casino floor who meet the hosting criteria, while ensuring the focus remains on currently hosted guests.
• Resolve service failures when encountered, take immediate action to fill service gaps, and cement player loyalty with VIP Guests.
• Resolve issues with guests in a calm, professional, and prudent manner, especially in difficult situations.
• Evaluate a player's current and potential worth according to compensating guidelines to build loyalty and maximize return on investment.
• Ensure 90% of their time is spent greeting and acknowledging VIP Guests on the casino floor while providing superior guest service.
• Enforce compliance of all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies.
• Identify methods to increase efficiency and improve products or services.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of standard computer applications.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of marketing, promotions, and overall casino knowledge.
• Decision-making skills, along with the ability to resolve escalated guest issues.
• Two (2) years prior customer service-related experience.
