Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish): Required. Must successfully pass both verbal and written language assessments.
  • Travel Requirement: Must have reliable transportation and be willing/able to travel up to 75% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per company policy.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside in Little Havana, FL within a 5 mile radius.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a behavioral health or long-term care setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as computer use.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in discharge planning, case management, or managed care (MCO).
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or non-licensed Master’s level clinician required.
  • Degree to be in behavioral health, human services (psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling).

Anticipated Weekly Hours

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $21.10 - $40.90

Pay Range

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
