Bilingual Call Center Representative (Medical) - Remote US

About the Role

Gainwell Technologies is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives throughout the United States to join our growing customer service team. This is a 100% remote, full‑time position. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
• Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable assisting customers professionally in both languages.
• At least one year of experience working in a call center or contact center environment assisting customers by phone.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.
• Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote work environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $29,100 – $41,600 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors.
