Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse (English/Spanish)
About the role
The Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse at AssistRx provides and documents clinical call center services for patients, educates and supports patients regarding the product and self-injection technique, acts as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates, and documents all activities within the program database.
Responsibilities
- Follows processes and call scripts established by the manufacturer for the program to meet regulatory requirements
- Answers clinical questions as designated in the product label
- Provides education on the product and self-administration technique according to call scripts provided by the manufacturer and guardrails established by the manufacturer
- Supports patients through injection training and education by setting proper expectations of treatment
- Documents all inbound and outbound calls and other activities within the program database
- Performs other tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (BSN or RN); valid nursing license in Florida, Alaska, Michigan, Oregon, New York (must obtain all licenses within 120 days)
- 2 years nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Qualifications
- Education preferred: BSN

Pay
Competitive compensation, including preloaded PTO: 100 hours (12.5 days) upon employment, increasing to 140 hours (17.5 days) upon anniversary. Tenure vacation bonus: $1,000 upon 3-year anniversary and $2,500 upon 5-year anniversary.
