Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse (English/Spanish)

About the role

The Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse at AssistRx provides and documents clinical call center services for patients, educates and supports patients regarding the product and self-injection technique, acts as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates, and documents all activities within the program database.

Responsibilities

• Follows processes and call scripts established by the manufacturer for the program to meet regulatory requirements.
• Answers clinical questions for healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates.
• Provides education on the product and self-administration technique according to call scripts and manufacturer guidelines.
• Sets proper expectations for treatment and educates patients through injection training.
• Trains healthcare providers if designated by the program.
• Supports patients through injection training and education.
• Documents all inbound and outbound calls and other activities within the program database.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Kansas.
• At least 2 years of combined nursing and other clinical experience.
• Computer literacy and good keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Product knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN preferred.
• Experience: 2 years of nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

The opportunity to work from home will be made available after 120 days upon meeting goals and quotas, at the discretion of the manager.

Additional Information

This position will be fully onsite for 90-120 days, with the opportunity to be hybrid after that.
