About the role
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through thoughtful, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will lead the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring each client receives ethical, effective, and high-quality treatment. You will serve as both a clinical leader and a trusted partner to families and staff—setting the tone for care, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
- Treatment planning, assessments, supervision, parent training, and reassessments

- Support staff supervision and care coordination as needed
- Work at least one weekend day per week as needed, based on client and clinical needs
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Bilingual Spanish and English required

Pay
- $105,000-$110,000 annually (Remote)
- $110,000-$120,000 annually (In-person)
Schedule
- 25-30 billable hours per week (approximately 12-15 clients)
- In-person supervision prioritized
