This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through thoughtful, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will lead the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring each client receives ethical, effective, and high-quality treatment. You will serve as both a clinical leader and a trusted partner to families and staff—setting the tone for care, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful progress.

- Work closely with other clinicians and supervisors to ensure consistent and high-quality care
- Support staff and families with clinical supervision and care coordination

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Availability outside of billable hours to support clinical needs, staff supervision, and care coordination
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week as needed, based on client and clinical needs
Qualifications
- Experience in providing ABA therapy services
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Experience in providing supervision and training to other clinicians
- Experience in managing caseloads of 25-30 billable hours per week

$105,000-$110,000 annually (Remote) $110,000-$120,000 annually (In-person)
