Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Olive Branch ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and developmental differences. Our focus is on helping children build confidence, independence, and practical life skills while supporting the clinicians who make that progress possible. Responsibilities

• Conducting behavioral assessments
• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Suspending and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Providing parent training and guidance
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals when needed
• Collaborating with other members of the clinical team

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay

Pay Range: $75–$85 per hour

Schedule: Flexible (up to 30 hours per week)
