Bilingual BIM Operator (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Cook up electrical models with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Incorporate engineer markups and design updates into BIM models with high accuracy.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues within BIM environments.
• Ensure all models comply with company BIM standards and project requirements.
• Support the creation of construction document sets and project deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files and version control throughout the design lifecycle.
• Aid in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.

Qualifications

• Mandarin bilingual ability is required.
• 2-5+ years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination (electrical preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is REQUIRED.
• Experience modeling electrical systems (power, lighting, panel layouts, conduit routing is a plus!)
• Understanding of electrical systems within building design environments.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary BIM coordination environments (MEP projects).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

$60K - $70K DOE

Schedule

Mon-Thurs 7:30A-5:30P, Friday 7:30A-11:30A

Benefits

An additional 96/day for being on the client's site, as long as the client requires (paid out as a quarterly bonus!). (OPT welcome to apply, the company can potentially offer future H1B sponsorship or EB2/3 visa based on performance)
