Job Summary
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare seeks dedicated Bilingual Behavioral Technicians to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Middlesex County, NJ. Providers typically work 5–20 hours per week, with 2–4 hour shifts primarily scheduled in the evenings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Pass all state and federal background checks

Pathways for Qualification
- If a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), must have at least one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
- If you have a Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, or social work, must have at least one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
- If with a High School Diploma or GED, must have at least three (3) years of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals
