Job Summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Youth and Family Support Services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We serve families across the state of New Jersey and are currently seeking dedicated Bilingual Behavioral Technicians to join our Camden County team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
  • Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications
  • Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
  • Must pass all state and federal background checks

Pathways for Qualification

  • If a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), you must at least have one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities;
  • If you have a Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, or social work, you must at least have one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities;
  • If with a High School Diploma or GED, you must at least have three (3) years of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals
