Round Rock Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage service requests
• Review service history and relay important information to customers
• Provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Communicate effectively with both customers and dealership staff

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English

Qualifications
