- Oversight of the Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Ownership of the customer's experience through additional assignments that enhance the dealership's positive impression.
- Concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Distribution of work between technicians to efficiently serve customers.
