Responsibilities
- Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life
- Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business
- Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers’ homes
- Perform safe and compliant deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation
- Maintain an inviting store through organized merchandising and cleanliness
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
- Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
- Strong communication and customer service skills
