Bilingual Assistant Manager - Sales

Minimum starting hourly rate of $14.45 – $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Deliver top-notch customer service in-store and in customers’ homes with a “white glove” approach.
• Perform safe and compliant deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation.
• Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean store environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
