Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life through sales growth, completed rental agreements, and prospecting new business.
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a "white glove" service approach in stores and customers' homes.
• Perform safe and compliant deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store environment through organized product displays and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
