Bilingual Arbor Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple Arborcare crews in daily field operations
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules and job assignments
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
• Conduct daily crew check-ins and reinforce safety procedures and PPE compliance
• Oversee job quality, efficiency, and production performance across assigned crews
• Communicate job progress, updates, and completion details with management and internal teams
• Cover pruning, removals, and other arborcare services to meet client expectations
• Maintain job quality, efficiency, and production performance across assigned crews
• Monitor crew productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Track equipment usage, condition, and maintenance needs
• Auxiliary tasks including work orders, scheduling, reporting, timesheet review, and invoice management
• Support basic job site evaluations, tree identification, and production support as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tree care or arborcare operations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (ISA Certified Arborist preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing field crews
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards and best practices
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
