Bike Shop Attendant

Ride Into a Fun-Filled Career as a Bike Shop Attendant!

We have an immediate opening from now till the end of October 2026. Room & Board is available at a daily rate.

• Passionate about outdoor adventures and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
• Help guests gear up for their next adventure by assisting with bike rentals, ensuring proper fit and safety
• Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately
• Maintain inventory and organize the shop for an inviting guest experience
• Promote additional hotel amenities, dining, and activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest inquiries promptly
• Ensure the shop is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times
• Help with opening/closing duties and participate in team meetings
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions or inventory needs

Key Responsibilities

• Aid guests with bike rentals, ensuring proper fit and safety
• Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math skills (7th/8th grade level)
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for biking and outdoor recreation a plus
