Requirements

• Experience in bike industry preferred
• Able to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines
• An ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
• Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities
• Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds
• A passion for working with participants of all ages and abilities in a summer environment is a prerequisite for this position
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Basic computer skills are a requirement
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends
