Bid Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the development and submission of proposals. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted by deadline.
Responsibilities
- Cook up the bid and proposal process
- Keep track of deadlines, requirements, and submission schedules
- Collect info from internal teams like sales, engineering, finance, legal, and operations
- Write, format, and edit proposal content
- Make sure submissions meet customer requirements and comply with standards
- Keep bid libraries, templates, and supporting docs organized
- Arrange review meetings and follow up on action items
- Submit final bid packages through customer portals or required channels
- Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and lessons learned
- Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, sales support, or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM, document management, or bid portal systems is a plus

- Annual Base Salary Range: $47,310.00 - $76,800.00
- Compensation Type: Exception Hourly
