Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process including technical proposal development, bid coordination, and compliance management.
Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather inputs and develop compelling proposals aligned with client requirements.
Ensure all bids meet compliance standards, client specifications, and organizational policies.
Manage bid timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.

- Proven experience in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and bid management software/tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Analytical skills.
