Bicycle Technician

What You'll Do

• Ensure all repairs and services meet our high standards
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs
• Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Continuously improve service efficiency and productivity
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as needed
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Ability to maintain open and positive relations with coworkers, partners, and customers
• Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing an excellent service experience while increasing sales through service
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred working as a technician/ mechanic in a bike shop
• Previous bike assembly experience or equivalent preferred
• Interest in developing own skills and knowledge
• Ability to periodically lift 75 pounds
