Responsibilities
- Maintain schedule and record of bicycle maintenance
- Requests parts and materials for job duties as needed
- Repair, examine, and service components of bicycles
- Assemble/disassemble bicycle
- Wheel truing basics
- Crank arm/ bottom bracket replacement
- Change derailleurs
- Headset overhaul
- Changing brakes, brake levers and shifter levers
- Changing all kinds of cables
- Limit screws adjustment (both derailleurs)
- Center brakes & disc brakes
- Chain check, replacement
- Basic hydraulic maintenance understanding
- Refurbish bicycles for sale
- Maintain inventory of workshop
- Clean and organize workshop
- May set up, take down, or assist with special event parking
Requirements
- Four years relevant work experience in the applicable trades areas or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience)
- Demonstrated knowledge of national, state and local building codes and standards
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and be able to make mechanical sketches and drawings
- Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required
- Requires lifting and transporting heavy objects
Qualifications
Requires a valid Utah Driver's license.

$19.00/hour
Schedule
19 hours per week or less during the hours of: M, W 8-4pm and Friday 11a-4p with ability to change each semester.
