Bi-vocational Pastor needed in Southern Indiana

The church has been active for 28 years, with the current pastor serving for 11 years. Two nearby towns each have approximately 2,600 residents, and the county population is around 20,000. Attendance is very small.

Responsibilities

• Support 7 missionaries
• Oversee a traditional, KJV-only, pre-trib church with closed communion practices
• Be bi-vocational and willing to serve in a rural community
• Address challenges that may arise
• Preach and lead worship services
• Engage with the local community and support outreach efforts

Requirements

• Willingness to serve in a rural setting
• Strong commitment to traditional Christian beliefs
• Ability to lead and inspire a small congregation
• Experience in pastoral ministry

Qualifications

• Strong biblical knowledge and understanding
• Effective communication skills
• Leadership experience
• Ability to manage a small budget
