About the role

Grace Baptist Church, located in Mt Pleasant Mills, Pennsylvania, is prayerfully seeking their next pastor to minister to them, help them grow as a church, and help them grow their outreach to their local community and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Minister to the congregation
• Help the church grow spiritually
• Grow the church's outreach efforts

Requirements

• Strong faith and commitment to the Bible
• Ability to lead worship services
• Experience in pastoral care and counseling
• Willingness to be bi-vocational

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Divinity or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of pastoral experience
• Experience leading worship services
• Experience in pastoral care and counseling
