About the Church
Wells Branch Baptist Church, established in the early 1800s, is known for its welcoming congregation and forward-looking ministry with a strong emphasis on cultivating personal relationships with Jesus Christ. Located in southern Maine, approximately 10 minutes from the Kennebunk and Wells exits of the Maine Turnpike, the church has been rebuilding over the past four years with support from local churches providing pastoral leadership and counsel.
Though small, the church is committed to the shared responsibility of the congregation to spread the Gospel. The surrounding community continues to grow, presenting significant opportunities for ministry.
About the Role
The church is seeking a bi-vocational Pastor.
Housing
A three-bedroom parsonage is available to accommodate an interim pastor and family or to host church-planting teams.
