Responsibilities

• Lead the congregation in accordance with God's Word, as outlined in Matthew 28:18–19, 1 Timothy 3:1–7, and Ephesians 4:12
• Cast and communicate a clear vision for the future of TMBC, aligned with God's purpose for the church family
