We are a privately-owned Audiology practice in Roswell that has been helping patients since 2015. We are passionate about providing the best hearing healthcare technology and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
• Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
• Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
• A High School Diploma
• Spanish Speaking Required
