About the role

The Village is an agency dedicated to building strong, healthy families who protect and nurture children. We provide a range of services including behavioral health, early childhood, and youth development, substance use treatment, and support services.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments and engagement
• Develops treatment plans and contracts for services
• Implements treatment plans, modifying as needed
• Discharge planning, including follow-up treatment and resources
• Provides case management services
• Maintains collaborative relationships with community agencies
• Works with teachers to discuss shared children and families
• Completes documentation and reports as required
• Represents The Village in community groups and committees

Requirements

• Bilingual/Spanish speaking
• BA in social work, sociology, psychology, or comparable human service program
• 2-3 years' experience in a comparable position in a human services agency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Cultural competency to serve targeted populations
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive or obtain transportation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
