Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact reporting and dashboarding solutions for the Acumatica ERP platform, implementing best practices for stakeholders across FTI.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable visual insights that drive data-driven decision-making within FTI's dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain experts to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of critical business metrics.
• Contribute to large-scale data efforts and provide specialized support to business partners and project managers involved in the Acumatica rollout.
• Lead development efforts on reporting projects, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and self-initiative.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of direct work experience in BI development, data analysis, or a similar capacity.
• Travel: 0-10%.
• Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
