BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform valuations of client sign-ups and prospective case opportunities, assessing claim size, eligibility, and recovery potential.
• C Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic business decisions.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify patterns, flag anomalies, and generate actionable intelligence that supports firm growth.
• Translate analytical findings into clear strategic narratives and present insights to the sales strategy team.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies across research workflows, data pipelines, and reporting processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Collect, evaluate, and integrate new data sources to expand research capabilities and ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client-facing and operations teams to convert research findings into growth strategies.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to streamline research, enhance data processing workflows, and improve the speed and accuracy of case valuations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
• Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute beyond assigned tasks.
