Main Responsibilities
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency or performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support for key initiatives.
- Build and maintain data models, performance metrics, and tracking tools to support ongoing measurement and forecasting.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely, ensuring recommendations are aligned with business goals and decision-making needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field, with 2–5 years of hands-on analytical experience.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, reporting platforms) and a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
