Beverage Utility

Responsibilities

• Cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations.
• Provides and replenishes bag-in-the-box beverage products.
• Removes empty bottles and trash.
• Receives all product from loading dock and stores into beverage bulk cooler.
• Sweeps and mops bar and beverage service areas.
• Promotes outstanding guest service on a continual basis.
• Participates as a team member with bartenders, utilities, servers, supervisors, and all other pertinent team members to ensure an efficient operation.
• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
• Anticipates needs of guests at self-service beverage stations.
• Maintains knowledge of pending banquet and catering functions and prepares for those functions leading up to the events.
• Provides set-up for banquet functions, including chafers, beverage set-ups, utensils, foodservice wares, and paper products.
• Services banquet functions as needed and breaks down the functions afterward.
• Follows all C.A.R.E. guidelines to assist with guests’ responsible consumption.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
