Responsibilities

• Supervises all Beverage Servers on assigned shift.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews, hires, and trains associates.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work.
• Applies performance appraisals.
• Reward and discipline associates.
• Address complaints, resolve problems, and terminate employment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to three years beverage serving experience.
• Gaming experience preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of ABC regulations.
