Beverage Server - (On Call)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant greeting
• Keep Bars and self-serve stations clean and stocked as well as any additional duties that are assigned by leadership
• Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image
• Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders
• Serve your assigned section in the proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor
• Follow all cash handling procedures of the F&B department
• Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same
• Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise
• Observe and anticipate guests’ needs
• Suggest and up-sell cocktails
• Responsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktails
• Ensure you are following your TIPS training for responsible alcohol service at all times

Requirements

• One (1) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Must have cash handling experience
• Must be able to successfully complete a TIPS (responsible service of alcohol) training class
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule
• Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
• Able to have excellent customer service skills
• Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing around fifteen pounds

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay

Starting Salary: $12.14 to $15.16 per hour, plus tips
