Beverage Server

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
• Keeping the area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Performing “responsible alcohol service” with regard to patron limitations and passing any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Using all bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests.

• Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Education And Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months of prior work experience as a cocktail server is preferred. Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
