About the role
As a Merchandiser, you’re not just selling soda — you’re powering an operation built on excellence, courage, and industry-leading standards. You’ll display and arrange beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to draw attention to potential customers, provide excellent customer service, and effectively resolve complaints or grievances.
Responsibilities
- Arrange products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
- Place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
- Transfer product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store, and minimize product in stock room.
- Order product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stock conditions.
- Originate display ideas or follow suggestions/schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
- Communicate effectively on a daily basis with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
- Construct or assemble display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Wear company-provided uniform and present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills; previous experience preferred.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Valid driver’s license and must meet company driver qualifications.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and ability to work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted; occasionally lift/move objects up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.

Pay
Starting at $20.00 hourly, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Day shift
- Weekends and holidays may be required
