Beverage Manager (Varies)

Join the award-winning Atlantis team! We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Beverage Manager to lead our beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Atlantis Casino “Every Player’s Paradise” Company-wide culture and demonstrate Atlantis Casino Service Standards at all times.
• Lead and motivate the Beverage team to uphold Atlantis service standards and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed.
• Oversee daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, health code compliance, and proper use of supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement training to drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs in line with business needs.
• Review and approve team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Track financial performance, control costs, and apply financial data to improve operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of beverage management or supervisory experience (casino or hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency with POS systems and Stratton-Warren Inventory a plus.
