About the role
Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Beverage department. Develops, implements, and manages operational goals while monitoring performance and profit objectives. Creates effective schedules to maintain labor costs, meet staffing objectives, and achieve guest satisfaction. Establishes product menus, records inventories, and maintains department policies to control costs while ensuring quality product, presentation, and service. Coordinates with other departments, provides support for special events, and monitors inventory. Assists in the budget process, ensures compliance, and reports concerns to management.
- Enthusiastically supports, promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Ensures customer service standards are followed and addresses issues as they arise.
- Responsible for achieving departmental customer service goals.
- Ensures regulatory compliance and reports potential issues to Executive Management/GM.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field from a four-year college or university; or four years of Beverage or equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior gaming experience preferred.
- Minimum four years of supervisory experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent and literate in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- High energy and proactive approach to dealing with issues.
- Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve problems.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.

Pay
Starting at $55,000 annually, based on experience, with bonus potential.
