Beverage Industry - Packaging Associate crew C

Sunny Sky Products in Douglassville, PA, is a leading aseptic beverage manufacturer specializing in shelf-stable dairy, coffee beverages, and coffee creamers. We are a rapidly growing company seeking passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and prepare for assigned production runs.
• Package products by placing bags into boxes and inserting required components (nozzles, tubes, etc.).
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, including case erectors, top sealers, labeling systems, and robotic systems.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and ready prior to startup.
• Monitor labeling accuracy and overall product quality throughout the shift.
• Inspect products, manage leakers, and document any waste or reworked product.
• Report any abnormalities to management and mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of machinery and computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and GMPs is required.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 days one week and 4 days the following week.
• Crew C: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday, 3 PM–3:30 AM.

Pay

• Salary: $18.50 per hour.
• New hire sign-up bonus up to $500.00.
• Perfect attendance monthly bonus program up to $100.00.
