About the role
The Beverage Equipment Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the efficient operation of beverage equipment across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance
- Document all service calls and repairs in the company’s records system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of beverage equipment and its components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
