Beverage and Chemical Equipment Field Service Technician

Performance Food Group is seeking a Beverage & Chemical Technician to install, service, and maintain beverage and chemical dispensing equipment for foodservice customers. In this field-based role, you will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate systems, and ensure safe chemical handling in restaurant, healthcare, and retail environments. You'll train customer staff on proper equipment use, document service activities, and maintain tools, parts, and a company vehicle. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair beverage and chemical dispensing equipment at customer locations.Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.Calibrate and test systems to ensure accurate chemical and beverage mix ratios.Train customer staff on safe and proper equipment use and basic care.Document service visits, parts used, and maintenance actions in company systems.Maintain tools, parts inventory, and company vehicle in safe working order.Follow all safety, chemical handling, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer satisfaction and retention.
